Live the deeply fulfilling life you crave…
If you’ve found your way to this page, you know that living a fully embodied life is an achievable goal.
You’ve probably even had glimpses of it that have made you yearn for more.
Deep connections with loved ones, making an impact as a professional, and enjoying strong, fascinating friendships…
These are the things that make life full and enjoyable.
It comes to you naturally…
I’m going to take a wild guess and say that you love challenging yourself to be better.
Some of us don’t have a “try” button. We’re full-throttle by nature and are always striving for more.
Wouldn’t it be great if you could enjoy the hard work you put in every day and give yourself credit for what you’ve overcome?
We all need help sometimes…
As life happens, our vision can become obscured by burnout, circumstance, responsibility, or tragedy. It happens to the best of us.
In fact, some of us have been through far too much.
Finding help isn’t always easy for those of us who are driven and self-sufficient. Or, if you’ve found it, it’s little more than help with basic coping skills.
Let’s talk about where you are now.
But first, think back to being a small child.
Remember the wonder you felt at trying new things and how persistently you pursued your interests with pure joy?
Remember the intensity of your drive when it was allowed to play openly and freely?
I will help you reconnect with this part of yourself – the part of you that’s creative, inspired, and hungry to experience life.
This will free you to fully embrace your authentic self.
Here’s how it works…
When you work with me, you’ll be working with a deeply empathetic listener who accepts you unconditionally. Prepare to be SEEN in a very real way.
The vast majority of my clients tell me they’ve never experienced anything like it before.
This creates a space where you will feel safe enough to dig deep and identify exactly what is holding you back.
We’ll look at the beautiful, the ugly, the irrational, the profound, and everything in between.
My go-to modalities are inner-child work, mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment theory, and experiential techniques such as role-play.
Everything we’ll do in therapy is informed by current research on trauma and human development, and it’ll be aimed at giving you creative solutions for YOUR life, with your dreams and goals leading the way.
Take the leap!
All that’s left to do now is follow your inner voice:
The voice that’s never let you down and knows when something just feels right…
The voice that led you to this page and is urging you to dive head first into this leg of the journey…
Now is the perfect time to lean in and get ever closer to the life you know is waiting for you.
It would be my honor to help you achieve your therapy goals. Call today to schedule your free 15-minute consultation: (916) 857-5045.
About Me
I’ve always been fascinated by people…
… perhaps to the point of obsession! That’s what makes me a natural-born therapist.
I’ve been observing human beings t a curious lens from a very young age. It’s a part of my humanity that brings me immense joy.
This means that my love for my work with you predates my academic training by decades.
I’ve been told I have an unshakeable sense of hope.
I willingly accept that title because I’m always optimistic when it comes to people’s ability to recover.
There is nothing I love better than an amazing origin story, a miraculous comeback, or helping someone break through their own glass ceiling into their full potential.
As a social worker by trade, I firmly believe these opportunities are available to everyone, regardless of class, race, ability, gender, history, or anything else.
My interests are very broad.
And I bring to the table a very wide variety of life experiences.
I have an undergraduate degree in music and was a practicing artist and musician for most of my 20s and early 30s.
I have also worked with many different types of people in the behavioral health field, giving me a breadth of professional experiences to draw upon.
